Chaos ProAm Fund Raisin Keg Party Thing

So we think we’re still in college.  That ain’t so bad.  House Party and Fundraiser preceded by a Pro-Am competition at the Lake.  Footbag play, a DJ, Lagunitas brew on tap (Our sponsor - thx Lagunitas!).

Come out and team up with some of the best players in the world - even if you suck .  If you lose, it’s their fault cause they’re supposed to carry you.  If you win, it’s your fault because the chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link.  You can’t lose!

A Chaotic Daylight Savings

Chaos #2 and 3 are victorious again!  This past Sunday Chaos hosted a small local event in GGP in celebration of the longer days of footbag summer coming 1 month earlier than in years past.  It was a typical Sunday kick really, with a bracket thrown in.

We’d like to thank Steve Goldberg for coordinating a rendezvous with the production crew from a French television program in order to document the culture of the sport of footbag net - and freestyle - but we were the net part.  The name of the show is something like - The New Explorers(?) and shows on Canal+ in France.  Apparently, footbag freestyle and footbag net will make up 1 quarter of a 52 minute documentary.

Many thx to Manuel and Sebastien, the host and camera man respectively, for coming out and being good sports.  We had a lot of fun and treated them to the premier tequila bar on the planet after an entire afternoon of filming and talking $@#*!  Great guys!

Many thx to the Santa Cruz crew, I think there were 5, who came all the way from, well… Santa Cruz to help make the event!

Our indoor season indeed starts Tuesday Oct. 23rd and it’s so easy to pay up.  I just did so and it took all of 2 mins 48 secs.  So, pay up and I’ll see you in the gym!

I had a nightmare last night…

Up in the sky!  It’s a bird!  It’s a plane!  Ahhh… Oh No… it’s a bunch of freakin Germans flying over the net… on my court!?  Crushing and laughing at me!  What’s going on?

Thank God it was only a dream.

A big fat Chaos WELCOME goes out to Florian, Andy, and Lisa arriving this evening from Deutschland.  In our warped minds worlds starts now since we’ll get to train together with 3 of Deutschland’s elite this week before WFC 2007 officially opens.

Earthquakes in Portland?

Breaking news Portland had n couple earthquakes last sunday, during the final of the US Open. Ok, maybe, yeah, we brought them with us. I love when people say, “I would live in the bay area but there are too many earthquakes.” I mean get real here, earthquakes are fun, especially when you make them! Well here is evidence of one happening in Portland. Call it a strange coincidence, but right after the quake, the second consecutive title of the US open went to Chaos! Here is some live video of the beat down that took place in the final. I apologize for the video quality it was taken by and spectator who was fleeing the scene.
